PROCESSING TIME
All MANSLANE orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Orders placed after 2 PM (local warehouse time) will begin processing on the next business day.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

United States & Canada
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
United Kingdom & European Union
- Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Rest of World
- Standard International: 7–14 business days
- Express International: 3–7 business days
All delivery times are estimated and may vary based on destination, courier workload, and customs clearance.
Express services are prioritized, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order value, and selected shipping method.
Example (can be edited to match your setup):
- Free standard shipping on qualifying orders over a set threshold (visible at checkout).
- Standard and Express shipping rates for all other orders are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
In some cases, your order may be sent in multiple shipments (for example, due to stock availability or different warehouse locations).
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking details for each parcel.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be applied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs inspections may also cause delays, which we are not responsible for.
If a package is refused due to duties/taxes, any refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost and any return fees charged to us by the carrier (if applicable).
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order (including apartment/suite number, postcode, and contact details).
MANSLANE is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Lost or undelivered parcels resulting from address errors
In such cases, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
Without Shipping Protection
Once a parcel is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for lost, stolen or misplaced packages after a successful delivery scan.
If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
With Shipping Protection
If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, orders that are confirmed by the carrier as lost in transit or stolen before delivery may be eligible for a replacement or credit in accordance with the protection policy.
If the shipment is scanned as delivered and confirmed by the carrier, it is not considered lost in transit, and we are unable to issue a refund or credit for the value of the shipment.
If the shipping address is a freight forwarder or third‑party logistics company, MANSLANE is not liable for the package or its contents after it is marked delivered to that address, regardless of shipping protection.
